I’ve done the full sand/fill/dye process before on multiple seats using Leatherique products and can’t recommend them enough. They end up looking really good.

Just wanted to add my encouragement. I repainted mine this past January with similar prep and results. I opted to use Seat Doctors products.
Good luck, looking forward to your pics.
Problem is finding the right colour match. The suppliers mentioned do not operate in the UK and there are a lot of water based products about while I want Acrylic.
I am looking at the plate which says NDR which is cream..hope these are the original seats !!

Try the Scratch Doctor in the UK. I achieved a really close match on my Oatmeal seats using their colourant.
Any photos here of seats several months or years down the line from folks who've done this? I used the seat doctors kit and the dye colour match is EXACT but the filler simply cracked and peeled on the same stress points about 6 months later. I suspect this is all down to technique, but I am tempted to buy the cheap lseats.com recover kit and them just dye them the exact right shade using the seat doctors dye.
I also repaired my center console at the same time and it is holding up great - it gets much less flex/stretch than the seat fabric and as I had the console out of the car was able to take time to let each coat cure, sand etc multiple times for a great result. Also great for touching up bits of door card trim etc here and there, repairing discolouration but I'm still not convinced on using it for seats in areas that stretch, bend and flex constantly.

I suppose the question is how big were the original cracks? Perhaps you waited too long to treat the seat and catching the cracks earlier would have been better
