Default Cam cover assembly

I’m refitting the cam cover to my 2005 XKR X100. Frustratingly, the new gasket set doesn’t include the bolt ‘O’ rings?
Given they only support a torque of 12Nm, can I get away with refitting the old ones or is replacement a must?

I would replace them, as it is they that provide the clamping force to ensure a good seal to the cylinder head.
They sit at the top if the engine and bake hard over time.
