Default Cam position sensor

Does anyone have a diagram showing the position of the cam position sensor?

Fn2, welcome to the forum.

It would be helpfull if you mentioned what model, year and engine you are inquiring about. Put those details into your signature, using the "User CP" option in the top left tool bar.

Also this is an introduction section, please go to the correct model section to post any technical questions.

Enjoy all the site has to offer!

Welcome to the forum!

See attached. The engine transitioned right around your model. Not sure which one you have so I posted both types.

The sensor is at the end of bank 2 (L/H Drivers side), works off the inlet side so will be on the inside of the head, you cant miss it at the back, you will need to take off the fuel connector going onto the rail to remove it via a 8mm hex bolt, just slides out, if its a little tight that will be the O ring that seals it in, just give it a wiggle!
