Can't access service sheet in JTIS

I just tried to print off the service sheet for my next service from JTIS only to get the message.

Error opening file, file could not be found.

Can anyone help with this, is an additional download needed?

I recall having problems printing the Jaguar schedule directly from JTIS and having to export it.
