Hi Everyone

I am new to this site so this is my first post but i need your help.

It appears that someone (not sure who - maybe my partner LOL) has pushed the cd magazine into the changer the wrong way round and now it will not eject out. When you press the green button it just makes lots of whuring noises, and on the display on the radio it comes up with an Error E01 message when its trying to select the cd.
Does anyone know how i can get the magazine out of the changer without causing any damage?
