CD Error 1
I thought I had seen a previous thread but search did not show a result. After running thru 4-5 discs, my CD will suddenly display the msg "CD Error1". The cartridge will not eject unless I carefully use a putty knife to slide around the outer edges. Then it or another cartridge will play for another few discs until the msg appears again.
I am considering a light internal application of WD40(universal cure-all) to see if that will solve the problem. Has anyone else had this problem, had a solution, not replacement?

remove cd changer - disassemble case (be cautious as there are a few springs holding the cd changer to the case that like to shoot off in all directions) and on the bottom side there is a worm gear that comes loose over time - tighten it then clean the lens before reassemble. B
