Default Coil Cover Gaskets

Is there any way to replace the coil cover gaskets on a 4.0 V8? I have a set of Arden covers, but one of the gaskets is broke. I could not find any replacement gaskets, as I think they are applied in liquid form.

Thanks,

Jim

I replaced the stock coils On my LS with a set from Accel intended for a Mustang 4.6. Since they're larger, the covers won't fit. I've simply left the covers off for almost four years now and have had zero issues.

How about very carefully slicing off the existing gasket, and then laying down a bead of RTV silicone and letting it dry before use? Of course, it will have to be very even in height.

Or, use stickon weatherstrip if you can find some narrow stuff. You are still going to have to slice of the old.

Necessity is the mother of invention.
