My top motor has a problem. It whines(spins) at the top of the cycle, when going down and does the same going up. I have to manualy help it. The fluid is not leaking, and it's the pentison 11s fluid. The fluid level is still at the same level, as when I topped it off, about 6 months ago. I did install the relief valve 6 months ago, but I don't think that has any thing to do with the problem. I've called around to see about having the motor tested, but no luck yet.....Any suggestions from here?......Thanks!

 

The relief valve is adjustable and you could try to adjust it to see if a bit more pressure helps you.
