Booked to see a XKR. In the advert it says it has a Convenience pack - What is it? On this car it also says it has cruise control. But looking at the photos I cannot see the cruise control button. I thought is was next to the S sport mode button? This is a 2003 XKR.

Convenience Pack will be Cruise, ASL, Reverse Park and probably Powerfold Mirrors.

Cruise controls are on the RH of the Steering Wheel. Sport and ASL buttons are next to the transmission lever.

Good idea regarding the manual. Had a look quite informative.

Regaring the car I was going to look at I wanted to check the appointment was still ok. I rang the number to speak to the seller, no answer. I then rang the alternative number a mobile. I said, and I quote, "is it ok to come and see the car still?". He said "which car?" First alarm bell. Then he said they have decorators in at home but would meet me at a pub car park half way between us. Duh how would a painted wall effect a car sale on a driveway? Then he added that because they have not met me before could I bring the cash just in case I wanted it? Yea right. Bring £10,000+ along to a pub car park in the middle of no where to complete strangers to buy a car I have never seen before. I declined their offer. "would ring them back at a later date"
