my aby has sat in the elements for 2 yrs a my mechanic yard, unfortunately windows were left dwn and cover was not placed on her. so the interior is horrible water in the rear seat well needs to be sucked out dry, but i have mold and mildew smell on the headliner, pillar and everywhere else. can anyone recommend a cost friendly alternative to replacing the interior?

I would try to find a clean interior in a salvage yard. You may have some electrical problems if water's been setting in there. The mildew and mold you may have to address after you gut the interior. A bleach and water combination will kill any mold. Your insulation pads on the floor and hump may be imbedded with it. After treating the mold issue let it dry and treat with KILZ or similar product.
