Post Convertible top cleaning help

So the problem I need with isn't the outside of the convertible, it's actually the inside. While inside the car there are dirty lines and spots in the top of the car, the coloring is orange so it looks like rust; But rust wouldn't happen on fabric. My main question is what is the best way to clean this, I'll post pictures later today because it's bothering me that they're there and I can't get them out.

You're seeing the infamous telltale signs of the foam backing and adhesive breaking down. This will get worse as time passes. The only true fix is to remove the existing fabric, remove the crumbling foam, and recover your top's interior using fresh fabric and better-quality adhesive. There are a number of good threads from various members who have done this using a variety of materials. If you can do it yourself you'll save significant expense by doing so....

Jaguar recommends the use of rubbing alcohol to clean the headliner but after I tried that in a spray bottle I switched to brake cleaner. It evaporates instantly taking the stain with it.
