Default Convertible top hose change help needed.

Hi guys, Im in the middle of changing my hoses. I can't figure out how to pull the left cylinder hoses. they are not budging. They must be attached behind the bulkhead that is behind the rear seats. How did any of you do it. Thanks David.

The RAM hoses or the latch hoses? You will have to remove the rear subwoofers and the interior parts seats, panels etc.to get to all that stuff. They *might* be zip tied to something back there.

It was the left rear lift cylinder. I was able to find a zip tie by raising the top part way and moving the grey felt behind bulkhead shown behind the circular cutouts. All set now. I just couldn't figure out how to get behind the seat. It was easy.

Last set of hoses to run to the trunk is the right lift cylinder. How do you get the lower hose off with the push in type hose?

I have found yellow stickers with builders names on them.

Well, I had to use a pair of dykes to get the pin out of the bottom of the right ram. When I tried to get it back in it would not hold. Thought I would need a new one. Called Klaus at Top Hydraulics and he suggested I flatten it out and then use a vice to close it a little and that did the trick. Thanks Klaus. Filled her up with fluid and it worked right the first time. Whew!. Pics are the old hoses and the top up once again. Could not have done it with out all the resources on this website. Thanks to all who participate. David
