'99 XK8 4.0
Would anyone know if this part is made in metal and where I could buy it.
I have looked at many sites but can only find the plastic part

Not quite sure sure what part you mean, but the only metal replacement is the thermostat tower. Maybe the crossover pipe, or the reservoir? They last many years, but you're past the limit now.

I think he is looking for a vendor for the aluminum upgraded setup. Is it Welsh?

That is the water outlet pipe and is not available in aluminium.

I haven't found an aftermarket aluminium one on this side of the Atlantic either.
