Default A Couple New Modifications

Just finished a couple more mods to the cat.

Added a growler on the steering wheel, where the embrossed growler is. Added a Leaper on the mesh grill and installed clear lenses with chromium bulbs in place of the bright orange lenses.

Does it ever end?

Now I'll have to update my avatar.

I like the leaper on the mesh grill. I think Tberg has done something similar. Not so sure about the growler on the steering wheel. If the airbag goes off is that a piece of metal to break loose?

def like the leaper and +1 on Dave's questions on the growler - was wondering the same thing. It does look nice and I guess a growler indent in the forehead can't be any worse than the black eyes or bruised face one incurs during air bag deployment.

Default metal on an Airbag a really bad idea.

There is a good chance that if that Airbag goes off the metal Jaguar head will take out an eye or badly scar you.

I like!
I should add the same growler to my steering wheel, then if I'm in an accident with a passenger, we'll both have growler embossed faces!

I haven't put the leaper on the grill, but I think it looks nice. Someone put the hood medallion on the center of the mesh grill, which I thought looked just great. I may do that in the future.

I looked at the leaper too, from adamesh, but went with their grill badge in the end.
I've since, painted out the metal plinth black, lust leaving the growler badge silver.

I prefer those grills is the 04-05 bumpers. The growler on the steering wheel looks great! The 1995 xj6 had them on the airbag from the factory, they looked good. Can you post more pics?

The growler on the steering wheel reminds me of my dad's VDP which has it there by design.

I thought about the air bag issue but, being an old guy threw caution to the wind. This is my 9th Jag and all the others had the growler on the steering wheel, always thought this car needed one also.

hm1, what additional pics would you like to see?
