Default Dead end connectors

When removing the center console in my '00 Xkr coupe I saw two connectors that seems to be of no use. Are they meant to be used for some option my car lacks? Or for convertibles only?

If no-one posts the answer you can probably figure them from the electrical guide etc but may take real effort.

Default I had those dead end connectors too in my 99 XK8

FWIW I saw those too on my base 99XK8.

I have the basic music system and no phone and have the 3 gauge set up in the dash. So I’m guessing the white connector is for the premium amp or Sat Nav. The other connector could be for a phone..... maybe... as I don’t have any of these these. The phone would have been in the arm rest and the other 2 boxes (Music Amp and Sat Nav) would have been located at the rack in the trunk.

The 10-Way Multilock connector for the PHONE option harness. Superseded by a 14-Way yellow connector on later models with Bluetooth.

If I'm right, the grey connector is probably also something to do with the fixed Motorola phone installation.

The connectors are located just beneath where the phone would be so it seems to be logical. Thanks! Good to know what is is. Original phone options I will most likely never retrofit. Working on my own infotainment system based on a Raspberry pi (british product of course, for a british car). A little teaser below
