Hey there guys,

I can't even tell you all how much I appreciate the help I received with my Thermostat replacement.

I am down to the last issue on my 2000 XKR coupe. The driver seat went dead a couple of weeks ago. There are no seat adjustments and the seat heater button does not come on when pushed. I had a mechanic look at it while they were installing and they said that the control module was not responding. Their estimate was $650 or more depending on what they found after taking our the seat. (they believe it is the seat control module)

Do you guys have any ideas? It doesn't sound like a difficult thing for me to replace, but I am wondering if there are normal problems with these.

The battery ran dead in the shop a while back and they had to reprogram some window codes and simmilar items. Could this have effected the seat?

I again appreciate any assistance you guys can offer on the subject.

Once again, Fantastic guidance. I will definately try that. that will save me a ton of cash and only cost me a little bit of time. I am going to get into it next week so I will let you guys know how it goes.
