Default Deox-c

I tried some of this product on a spare steering coupler, with impressive results. Next I am going to use it to clean up some donor rear wings before welding them in place. It comes as a dry powder that you dissolve in water, then leave the rusty metal in overnight. The results look very good.

It would be interesting to find out what the compound is, it is reported to be ph neutral.

I've seen similar results with acid-etch cleaners (generally phosphoric acid based) but that's very impressive for a pH neutral product. A lot safer to use too.

That looks most impressive and could be very useful for the renovation of my Renault. One question though: What do you do with the used liquid?

The data sheet said something like, filter out solids for landfill and safe to pour remaining liquid down the drain (I also saw somewhere that it was suitable for human consumption, not sure if that was eating or snorting).

"Suitable for human consumption" ..........

I can't imagine being that hungry or desparate.
