Diagnostic Trouble Code

Diagnostic Trouble Code
Hi all,
I have a 2005 XK8 Convertible. I bought a diagnostic computer unit so I could read my own DTR codes and when I plugged it in, I got a code of "P1111" which apparently means "Manufacturer Controlled Fuel and Air Metering." I have no idea what, if any, problem this could be referring to. The car is running fine and there are no warning lights on the dash. Any ideas? Should I be concerned?
Any and all input is appreciated. Thanks.

P1111 is not a fault code. It is a diagnostic system readiness code produced after any faults have been repaired and cleared, along with any related drive cycles completed. P1111 is not eraseable and doesn't need to be.
One last point, you cannot use generic P-1xxx Codes for Jaguar. Any P-1xxx code is manufacturer (Jaguar) specific and most generic P-1xxx codes will not be defined the way Jaguar has assigned them.

Thanks Guys, I guessed that it might be a readiness code, but when I got the "Manufacturer Controlled Fuel and Air Metering" message I was confused. Interesting what Steve says about the non-specific codes, the meter manufacturer website required I input my make, model, year and other info before providing the message, which then made no sense to me. Anyway, I appreciate the help and the quick response.
