Default Difficult A/C Leak

Before I tear into the dash to get to the A/C evaporator anyone have anysuggestions?

A/C system works great, for about 2 days, after a charge. Leaks down to about 20 lbs static and stabilizes. Cannot find a leak anywhere with dye or freon sniffer. Even paid an A/C tech to try. Spent an hour this morning under hood and car and did not find any sign of yellow dye. Nothing. No sniffer chirp in the vents either.
