Default Does anyone have a ABS rotor nut socket tool?

For borrow or for rent?

Or the off chance if you know anyone in the Chicago area who has one?

Thanks!

I read in a post in the forums that someone used a 2 or 2½" 12 point socket with success.

a 12 point 2 inch socket works also. I used an impact gun. Beware you run the risk of damaging the nut if you're not careful.

Is that 100% ok and there won't be any damage if done carefully?

It worked for me taking it off with an impact gun, and putting it on with a big torque wrench. The biggest problem is getting the bearing. It will require a heavy-duty press.

I posted in this thread a while back about my success using the 2" 12 pt socket:

Worked perfectly for me.
