Default Doing left hydraulic cylinder--spare washer?

I am doing all the cylinders and the lines. Somehow I have this wavy washer with an inside diameter that would fit the bolts for the brace above the rear speaker on drivers side. But that is not where it goes. But it came from that area becasue that is where I set it down.

anyone have a clue?

Steve, I would guess at the top clevis pin, keeps things from getting tight and rubbing. Triumph and MB used that method on the boot opener.
