Driver's door mystery
We don't drive our 1997 Xk8 during the winter. I ensure the fluids are fresh and connect a CTec battery charger. This year when I prepared her first outing the drivers window did not lower when I lifted the door handle. I thought perhaps the window was out of adjustment. I forced the door open and sat down, inserted the key and started the car. While them car was warming up decided to check the windows. The drivers window controls did not work, nada, nothing. The mirror controls did not work. The door windows were fine prior to the winter sleep and the battery stayed up. I checked the fuse in the left dash cowl and it was fine. Do you folks have any ideas for a fix?
Do the windows go up and down with the button if they do they just have to be reset sit in the car run the windows down hold the button till you hear a click then run it up hold the button till you hear a click do this for the other door as well then check it when you open the door it should drop a small amount if the battery was run down or removed the windows need to be reset every time the battery is removed
if I’m reading the OP’s post correctly he says there’s no movement at all, therefore future adjustment is not possible yet.
@giandanielxk8 mentions a good starting point : check the fuses.

He said the windows did not drop when he lifted the door handle, this is to prevent damage to the door seal at the convertible top that is why I asked if the buttons work
he also said he had to charge the battery which is a good indication the windows lost the programing
Just a note on resetting the windows have the doors closed when doing it.
