I am finishing up winter maintenance. I just replaced the 'door ajar' micro switch on the drivers (NA) door, and the driver's door switch pack ( the mirror switch was buggered ) . I tested things numerous times during the whole process and quite suddenly the drivers door switch will no longer operate the passenger window. I tried the old switch again and it won't operate the passenger window either . Both switches operate the drivers window perfectly and the passenger window works fine from the passenger door. This is not a huge issue but is a bit of a nuisance.

Do any of you knowledgeable folks have any insight on what it might be ?

 

This can happen when working on the doors and unplugging switches.

Try a hard reset, disconnect battery earh lead for 10 mins then reconnect.

that usually resets it.
