Question Drivers Light Keeps Turning Off

Hello everyone,

I'm having a weird issues with my headlights (or headlight I should say). When the car is on the driver's side headlight won't turn on, the parking light is on but not the hid, at first I thought the bulb was just out, but I tried hitting the lights on button on the key fob, and both lights come on without issue, so I got back in the car to test it and found that both builds work fine and well when I only turn the battery on, the minute I turn the key over the driver's side bulb shuts off. I tried searching around the forums for a similar post but haven't found anything, any advice?

And now I feel I should add the light now does not work - and I hear this hissing sound - the lights to appear to level normally.

If the bulb is OK, then the combined Ballast/Headlamp Leveling Module must be suspect.

Before throwing money at it, you could swap modules left to right to see if the fault then also moves to the other side.

Checked the lights as you said switched them around - I was able to determine the problem lies with the ballast, thanks for the tip!
