Default DSC Fault HELP PLEASE!

My 2003 XKR showed random DSC fault. Sent to Auto ECU for rebuild. Came back overhauled. Hooked up per their proceedure, did hard reset.
Turn key on and DSC FAULT comes on almost instantly.

Talked to Auto ECU and did everthing they said. No luck.

Does anybody have ANY ideas? It cost $475.00 for rebuild.
I know it is always possible for a module to to rebuilt, test ok and be bad by the time you get it, but that is really a longshot.

Is there something I am missing?

Any help is deeply appreciated.

Going to dealer will break the bank I am betting.

It is likely that there is a bad ABS sensor or harness involved. The dealer could save a lot of money in this system because they can read the ABS codes.! I had the same symptom and it was a bad drivers front sensor.

...im with oldmots, without knowing exactly what you did to diagnose your issues PRIOR to sending the ABS module (i'm assuming that here also since you didn't mention exactly if it was the ECU or ABS that you sent off) a dealer diagnosis is definitely called for. Remember, for forum communication to work well...and you to get any help for technical matters, you should be as detailed and clear in your posts. It may take twice as much typing, it may require multiple edits or reorganization of thoughts and statements, but it will be worth it.

Per the comments so far, it may be dealer time. But there is one DIY step which, if you haven't done it, is worth trying as it often uncovers trouble and is easy to do. This is the resistance checks to the wheel sensors.

Mentioned in many threads, so a search should show you what you need. Be sure to supplement the SOP test with moving the steering lock-to-lock while measuring the front sensors. This sometimes brings up a problem hiding in the wiring.

Good luck.
