Default DTC P1797 but still running fine

I have a 97 XK8 133k miles. Throwing DTC 1797 but still runs/shifts fine.
Is this a sign of impending tranny, ECM, or TCM failure?
Thanks.

P1797 is a code for the CANetwork. It is not even listed in the JTIS charts.

Any other codes?

Indicating ECM/TCM/Network failure.

First guess is a bad connection. Continuous? Occasionally? Perhaps start with disconnecting/reconnecting the ECM/TCM connectors with a little electronic spray on them.

Early throttle bodies have a history of electrical problems. Disconnect/spray/reconnect.

Default other codes...

The car is also throwing other codes but they all seem a bit easier to diagnose/fix.

P0174
P0171
P0441

Most of the info I found on p1797 dealt with "limp home mode" and failing transmissions. Keeping my fingers crossed it is not serious.
