Short of updating the firmware on your reader, it should at least find the bpm. Check that brown plug that goes into it, it can get corroded or disconnected.
I have checked every fuse box for power and ground and all good.
Have you checked the megafuses in the High Power Protection Module in the trunk/boot? It's located under the center floor panel, on the bulkhead forward of the spare tire. After you remove the plastic cover, take photos of how the wires and megafuses connect before you disassemble everything. Use a brass-bristle brush and zero-residue electronic spray cleaner to clean the threaded studs, wire eyelet terminals, washers, nuts and fuse blades, then reassemble. Don't use sandpaper on the electrical contact surfaces - the scratches allow humidity to seep in and promote future corrosion.
The attached electrical troubleshooting guide by our member avt007 (Rob) was written for the X308 sedans/saloons, but much of it is applicable to the X100.
Also, Body Processor Module failure is not unknown. See this thread for info on replacing the BPM with a salvaged unit:
when I run a check on BPM it says not found does that mean it is disconnected or not on car.
It means either the BPM has been removed, or the BPM doesn't have power and ground, or the BPM is faulty, or the network is faulty. You really have to work through each possibility until you eliminate everything.
There are quite a few different approaches you can take - for example you can look at the different networks with an oscilloscope and see if any of them are dead, you can test the networks with a multimeter to see if there are shorts/the voltages are as expected. This post has a link to the Jaguar network test procedures:-
By the way, when you said you have power and ground everywhere, did you use a multimeter or a test buib? Next step is to test with a bulb at the modules themselves to make sure any non working ones are getting power. The problem is that given you never had a working car, you don't have a base to start from, so you pretty much have to test everything.
True. I think the only indication would be the red led by the gear lever on the 4.0 cars which blinks when locked - maybe the OP can tell us what it is doing?

Removed glove box BPM is there connected did find evidence of rodents being in car no visible wire damage so far think I need to pull dash apart to inspect for damage.
Fun! Rodents love the soy / plant based wiring. You likely have a good bpm but a bunch of frayed and eaten harnesses. That's consistent with your only mostly dead xk8....
