Default engine misfire

Can someone help,
Last night during normal cruise the check engine light came on with poor engine performance message.
I nursed the car back home and plugged in a code reader this morning, the following codes came up
Under stored section :
P0305, p1314,1316
Under pending:
P0305, p1314, p1316

After reset of these codes, check engine light went out and the following code came up
P0305, P1316
I assumed 1314 refers to misfire rate catalyst damage fault - bank 2
Does it means the catalyst converter is done?
Any idea?

Probably a coil. What is your model year? It matters on telling which cylinder to attack. Your converter is probably fine.

First, swap with another cyl and see if the problem moves before you buy another coil.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/261015895977...witem=&vxp=mtr if you have the 4-pin coil.
