Default Er after 2000 XK8 Instrument Cluster Replacement

Hi All,
I have been using a replacement IC (199,000 miles) for the past few months while shaking out issues on my 2000 XK8 convertible. It has been running well. I am getting ready to register the vehicle and put in the original IC (65,000 mile) with a bad Gas Gauge. I did a hard reset, and now when starting, I get an Er on the Climate Control panel which does go away, and 10 chirps. I am also showing a errant Low Coolant warning, Low Oil Pressure, Battery Not Charging and Red and amber lights and Check Engine. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Read the TSB and you can also interrogate the Climate Control Panel.

Also check the Climate Control.
