Default finished top hydraulics two questions

First where does the cloth extension with the fir tree clip go?
Second anyone know where this wavy washer with inside diameter 10 mm goes?

If memory serves me, I think the wavy washer goes in the mount at the lower section of the ram (the part the wedges into the black metal box). It helps keep the proper movement and spacing of the ram when the roof goes up and down.

I can't remember where the cloth piece goes, but it does go somewhere

I had a hand written note to do the "fir tree fastener" between steps 3 and 4 of Gus'es instructions. (#3 unsnap speaker cover and #4 remove speaker) I can't remember any more specific location.
Since I did not remove the rams and do not remember the wavy washer, I believe that could be where they go.

The "fir tree fastener" goes in a hole in the top rear of the speaker cover. I believe, if my memory servers me correctly, which it never does, it also goes through another hole that you will see in the metal tubing to hold the speaker cover in place.
