the computer said that i had traction control and stability failure i replaced the ABS pump and module NOW not only is the computer saying the same thing now the hand break light and the ABS light is staying on .
please advised .

There are many part number and software variants.

If part number does match, the unit may still need to be reprogrammed to your vehicle by a dealer of an independent Jaguar specialist unless the software versions (on a label under the carpet in your boot) were precisely matched.

Also, are you sure the old one was bad? There are many causes for the traction failure, any many do not involve the pump or electronics. Research here on the forum and on www.jagrepair.com.
