It still works but the glass for the fog lamp is broken and open.
Where is the best place to purchase one in NA?
Is there any other options? Could I put in a different pair of fog lamps on the XK8?

Try to find a used one to save some money over the dealer. Make sure it is '97-'00, becaused they changed in 2001. Left and right are different. Here is a left one on ebay: Jaguar XK8 XKR 97 98 99 00 Fog Light Lamp Left Drivers Side LJA5091AC BOXC1003 | eBay, though the price is a bit high.

 

Also double check w/ seller that glass is NOT pitted from road debris. If you're spending that kind of cash, get a lens in decent condition.
