He printed the final part today and it looks great.
I will be picking it up on Thursday to try it out on my car.
He will begin producing the batch for all of you as soon as I confirm the amount.
Are you all still interested?
Additionally, because there are various different interior colors, I decided that I will be shipping them to you primed. That way, you only need to apply paint and a clear coat of the interior color you require.

I’d like sufficient sets for 2 front seats and 2 back seats. 4 total please. How do we pay you? Please include shipping and handling. Thank you.
Just a suggestion on recoloring the buckle covers. If you have any seat repair dye (paint) it works really well on plastic parts that have been primed. Of course the color is spot on and I would think it would hold up very well. If you shop the usual suspects for seat repair dyes/paints you will find the kits run @ $25. I have been really impressed with my results using this paint for other touch/up repairs on my interior.
Daniel,
it might be worthwhile to make a list similar to this and post it every several days with updates. That way everyone knows what to expect.

This is a great idea, I will be doing that. Once I have the entire batch on my hands, I expect to be shipping them over the weekends. I barely have free time during the week.
I picked up the parts yesterday, but have not had the opportunity to test them. He gave me a few units to practice sanding and using primer. Tomorrow I'll go buy the sandpaper and primer to give it a try. After that I will proceed with asking him to make the batch. When I begin shipping, I will do so according to the order of the following list:
Shoreguy
Chirpy
Ledmi
Schrodinger’s Cat
NWXKR
mcusick
Grieby
KCXK8
Adriantj
Norri
MsMaybe98
This list comprises the batch I will order from him. Twenty-eight buckles in total. Sale price per part will be $38.29 per buckle. A pair would be $76.57. Those who want 4, will pay $153.14. I'd like to stress that I have not calculated these prices to make a profit off of this, but rather to break-even with what the endeavor has cost me. After this initial batch is shipped to everyone, I will begin selling them on ebay, for a modest profit. You may begin pm'ing me with your shipping addresses. Payment can be either Paypal, Apple Pay, or Venmo. If you require any other payment method, we can arrange something.
One last thing I want to remind you. This part is not an identical clone of the original part. It has been reinforced in some areas, the plastic being used is ASA rather than ABS. ASA is a more UV resistant and overall stronger plastic than the ABS Jaguar used. This part is screw-retained rather than press fit like the OE Jaguar part. The screws will be supplied. This means that if you want to take it apart, you can do so to your heart's content, without fear of breaking it. I will be shipping them all primed, and ready to paint. Even those who need charcoal ones. The charcoal interior does not match the black ASA plastic, although it comes close. But I do have to sand them to erase the lines of the printing layer. A light scuff and filler primer is all that is needed.
This is the spreadsheet I used to calculate the price

If it’s not too late I’d like to get a set too (2 pieces).
As promised, here are pictures of the parts prior to sanding and priming. I will only be sanding and priming the external surfaces. The internal surfaces will not be primed to avoid thickening it and causing it to bind.
Here's a practice run with priming. I first attempted the right piece, which has a couple small defects in the primer coat due. My mistake. Second practice was done with the part on the left and turned out much better.
Tomorrow I will give it another go with a second set I have on hand to see if I improve. The important thing is that the print lines are not visible.
Order books are officially closed. Final tally, including my own, is 30 seat-belt buckle covers. I notified Anthony about the total amount that he will be printing. I will update you when he hands me the buckles. Please start sending your payments now so that I can pay him. I already started pm'ing some of you the payment details.
Final price per buckle is: $37.33, which works out to $74.67 for a pair.
For those of you ordered four, you will be paying: $149.33.
Once Anthony has printed the entire batch and handed them to me, I will be sanding and applying primer to the buckles so that when they arrive on your end, they are ready to paint. The buckles will be supplied with two Allen screws which will fasten both sides together.
I have to say, I am surprised by how tough and sturdy they are. I accidentally dropped one from a height of 3 feet, and it doesn't even have a scratch. It just bounced off the floor and shrugged it off like it was nothing. The plastic is also surprisingly hard to sand. Takes me a bit longer than I expected.
From you guys I ask for patience. I will be sanding and priming these covers in my limited spare time, to try and ship them on Saturdays. Whatever amount of orders I get done during the weekdays is what's getting shipped. I will be shipping in the order of the list I shared earlier. I will also provide a status update on orders as I go along and I'll send tracking numbers as well.
