Front Amber Side Oval-Shaped Reflectors....
Michael,
The botched electrical connector on my wife's car is the black-colored rectangular two-pronged female one, not the white-colored bulb socket (which plugs into it) that your URL takes me to. But thanks for that information - good to know if I ever need a new bulb socket....
As far as coming to the end of my to-do list with this car, I do not think that is truly possible. I still need to do the headrest cable sheath fix for the drivers seat (although the headrests in this car never get moved by us). And the windshield washer fluid system quit squirting a couple of months ago (could be a failed pump)....
Billy Clyde,
It is her car, she is happy with the amber lenses and the standard bulbs (which makes me happy because it is something else I do not have to fool with or spend money on)....

I have a 2004 XK8 in the U.K. when I replaced my side marker lights, there was wiring for the fronts that came on with side lights but I couldn’t find any wiring for the rears, does anyone know if this is the case on later cars ?

...but it's only the plastic shell - since someone has already been in there with the butcher's knife you'd need to get the pins, etc. separately which would be a faff. On my car it's part of the harness that routes to the foglamp, so not a separate, short piece of wiring.
Your easiest way would be to cut one off an old harness and pigtail it with some heat-shrink sleeving.
@Javlin1961 - The wiring for the rears on mine drops out of the boot floor adjacent to the marker, although it was originally 'parked' on the circled clip so may appear to already be going somewhere?:
