I have been trying to source a new front light connector (the 6 wire one for the whole headlight assembly). I managed to find one on eBay and ordered it but it has been stuck in customs for weeks and I don't think I will ever get it. eBay has sent me my money back but now I have no connector and I have my APK (MOT) in a few weeks. Does anyone know of an alternate part number (maybe Landrover / Volvo / Ford)?

 

Search for 6-Way Econoseal III. They are automotive type connectors widely used. If it wasn't for Brexit you could order them from the UK with no problem, but I'm sure you can find a European supplier somewhere.

 

Thanks, perfect tip. Downloaded the electrical manual now so I can track down any other connectors. Turns out this one is used on many cars.
