Default front suspension springs - would you buy used

I need some new spring, not sure why the ones on my car went flat but they did. I talked to a reputable seller and he has some "good used" springs

Is this a part that lends itself to quality used units.

How many miles on the 'used' springs and is the info verifiable? Less than 50K and you will be fine. Over a 100K and I'd say no. Between the two... maybe.

Cost of parts? Labor? Do you perform your own work? Can you replace the used springs if they prematurely begin to sag? Paying for labor to do this job the second time is probably more than cost savings between new and used springs.

Personally, for me, such items as suspension springs / brake components etc are always new, but down to the individual I guess?

Yah, I wouldn't do used springs either personally, you just never know.
