Default Front Top wishbone question

Following a previous thread, I had a major creaking sound that was coming from the upper arm. This was resolved initially, but looks like the sound is coming back ever so slightly. Only seems to happen when the car has been taken for a good run. So I had taken it off again to check if anything is seized.

Bolts came out fine, need a little hammering from the side, but nothing major. These are using powerflex bushes and the sleeves are not corroded from what I can see.

My question really is, when I put the bolt through just the arms, are these supposed to go straight in or do you need to force the bolt through both a little?

Like seen here on this thread:

I have to force the bolt through somewhat into the other bush and seems to be quite tight. Got me wondering if the arm has bent in some way.

This is happening on both arms.

Thanks in advance!

If you are using powerflex poly the large washers included with the bushes (and 2 x 2 original caster shims) are what is used. The OEM stepped washers in the picture are NOT used in a poly set up.
Other than a little force, and effort, needed to get arm into position on the crossmember there should be no force needed to insert the fulcrum bolt.

Sorry, I was mainly using the image as a reference to what I meant, so with the arm off the car and putting the fulcrum bolt in the arm (as shown in the image) no force should be required is that correct?

Forgot to mention that part, it has had new washers and fulcrum bolts either side.
