Have a 99 XK8 that i need help with. On top of fuel tank where the access is to the pump are three hoses. One is much larger than the other two and appears to be about 2.5 to 3 in. long having different id on each end. This is a Vapor hose only and is badly rotted leaving the smell of gas inside car. I can not seem to locate this little hose anywhere. any thoughts??

 

Get the hose to the auto shop and get some fuel hose with the correct inside diameter and the length needed. Generally speaking you have to buy it by the foot.
Be careful with those plastic tubes under the hoses, they are very brittle.

I think the part you need is STEPPED HOSE NND6070AB.

They are also found on XJ8 (X308) sedans.

Call a dealer and see if it is still available.
