Default Glue or clip - seat switch cluster keeps popping out

Both seat switch control clusters keep coming out of my Recaro seat housings. The larger front retaining claws are fine but the smaller clips, at the rear, appear to be u/s. What do other sufferers suggest - contact adhesive, new clips, both, other? Suggestions please and maybe a link to clip supplier in UK? Thanks.

I had the same issue, which I'm told is very common. Seems there is no simple or obvious way to release the rear claw-clip to remove the switch pack without removing the seat...just another of the many stellar Jaguar engineering design features? Trying to get anywhere behind the edge of the switch pack bezel of an installed seat with a trim tool or hook pick and prying/fishing is almost certain to break the claw fingers of the rear clip and that's what typically happens.
Depending on how the claw fingers in the switch pack housing pocket have failed it may be possible to simply remove the housing and repair with JB Weld (which is what I did with my cracked clip - pics) but if the claw fingers are absent or torn completely out of the housing then a replacement/repairable housing or some other creative solution is needed. I've seen one approach that worked reasonably well using industrial grade Velcro between the back of the switch pack and the inside face of the housing, with a shim/packer piece epoxied to the housing to get the two surfaces close enough for enough pressure to lock the Velcro. Good Luck.

Mine had a missing button, when removing of course I broke the clips on the back.

I just ordered a replacement off of ebay. You will want to confirm but the recaro buttons look the same as on an XK8.

When ordering on ebay make sure that they show a photo of all the clips in place!

I've found them to run about $150 in working great condition.

Thanks. Have glued for now. Switches are fine. Just missing the white retaining clip, which appears to be detachable.
