Default Got code P0010 CPA circuit open

I changed a vacuum hose on Saturday and now I am getting a 'Camshaft Position Actuator circuit open bank 1', I have gone over everything I disconnected and made sure I re-connected them.
So where is the CPA?
Is it the 2 sensors on top of each of the valve covers toward the front?

Hey Randy,

I used to live in Vero, my parents still do.

It would be helpful to know what year and model we're talking about, it does make a difference.

This code is for the variable cam timing oil control solenoid, either a solenoid malfunction or a circuit malfunction. Check the connectors to the VVT solenoids on the valve cover and make sure you haven't disturbed the right hand one. If you want to troubleshoot it, you will need a subscription to Alldata.com so that you can get all the connector pin locations and procedures to check it.

It is a 01 xk8 and I also have p0171 and p0174, left and right bank lean. So I think I either did not connect a connector all the way or I hosed a connection, because I did not touch the 2 connectors in the valve cover.

It was a connector to the right bank CPA and those connectors are REALLY cheap and a pain to put on. The tab that holds it on was broken off and it is thin plastic, so be careful around the connector.
