gps time is off
hey forum, my gps time is behind by 1 hour ( i'm in new york...eastern time ) i have a unit in my trunk but no cd in it..... i'm told i need a cd to upgrade unit and time..... anybody know about this and how to get my hands on a cd for gps uint ??????? thanks tony

The disc is a DVD (NOT a CD).
You might be able to get into the menu but it has been so long I forget all the things I used to do everyday at the dealer when this car was new.
You might BORROW one from someone in your area to reset the current location.
I remember I had to set the new cars at PDI because sometimes the car 'thought' it was somewhere else on the planet.
I think the XJ8 (x308) NAV disc is the same.
