I'll be hitting the 160000 marker soon! Even though I drive my 2010 XKR coupe most days now, this week with mid-eighties temperature and beautiful blue skies, it's perfect convertible weather, and I've reminded myself why I love my 2002 so much.

Wow! Congratulations, I just hit 57,500 in my 2003 XKR Convertible. It had 55,215 miles on it when I bought it on March 8th, 2015, and I put ~360 miles on it just to get home. It is also my daily, 'make the other guy regret squaring up to me at a stoplight', driver.
Being that the car spent most of it's life in Seattle, I was terrified when I read a post the other day concerning rust problems, but after a quick look around, I was relieved to find no rust on my car, and an aftermarket undercoating; it is also obvious this car had been garaged all it's life as well, as this is the newest 13 year old car I have ever seen. People regularly mistake it for new, and an Aston-Martin DB7.
Out of curiosity, and barring normal service and maintenance, what have you HAD to replace or repair, in the 58,500 miles since you've owned it? To another 150,000!

over that time frame:
driver's side rear wheel bearing, hub carrier and rotor replaced
alternator & battery replaced
replaced most of front suspension (upper mounts, shocks, springs, bushings and upper ball joints); rear suspension parts on hand just been lazy
@132000m, transmission was rebuilt (2yr/24k mile warranty) and rear main seal replaced
all coolant hoses, thermostat and radiator have been replaced
high pressure power steering line replaced
convertible top hoses to the hydraulic rams replaced (latch hose replaced by one of previous owners)
passenger rear window regulator replaced (caused hydraulic leak)
just because - replaced the original 17" Lamina rims with 18" chrome Coventry Whitley's

Steve,
With the repairs/replacements list you've done, should easily be good for the same again.
On the high miles Jaguars I've owned in the past (XJ40 and X300 both topping the 180k) my only reason for change was to have something different. Once the initial fault list was sorted, both cars were perfectly reliable with just routine maintenance.
