Default Help with the fuel tank

1st im a new member at wits end. i need to get the gas tank back in and connected i can only see one line , when i stick my hand in the hole i feel a bent line that will not come in sight. the metal hose is left in the tank on the left port. Please advise how to get this back in.

Once the the tank is in and it turns over i can take it to the shop for throttle body to be installed (bad Switch), and convertible hoses to be installed in the roof then on to some major detailing. The padding and well under the rear seat is full of water, anyone got a clue how to get rid of the water other then rag bucket and blowdryer. thanks guys for any assistance. I ned my baby back.

Sorry to hear about all the problems!

There is info on fuel tank replacement on GUS' site. www.jagrepair.com

A wet or dry vac might help.

. . . . welcome to the forum!

Wow, you have a few issues. Did you remove the tank? I do not understand why you are having trouble reinstalling it. The tank removal with photos, roof hose and throttle body are addressed on my page. As for the water on the rear floor a good shop vac will take care of it. Do you know how the water got there?
