Help Identify Parts

After cleaning the trunk , in the spare tire well I found these parts in the photo attached. Not sure what they are or if they are even part of my new XKR. Any help would be appreciated. Steve

Top thing with the hooks on it looks like part of the air conditioning vent. It's what holds the slats together so they move as one piece, I think. Can't say about the rest - did you try googling that number on the rectangular part?
