Default High Crankcase Pressure? But No Part Load Breather to Clean?

I suspect I have high crankcase pressure in my new 2004 XK8, because both VVT gasket have pushed out, not leaked but actually pushed out, and I swear the dip stick has risen a tad.
So I went to clean the part load breather and it looks like on my 4.2L 2004 it does not have one! When I pull what looks to be the PLB tube I see right into the engine - no 3/32nd hole to clean?
Enlightenment please.

The 4.2L has a PVC valve, the mushroom-like thing at the top of the engine.
