I just ordered up the items below, should I expect any surprises when I get under the car for either draining the oil or changing the oil filter?

Jaguar XK Series 4.2 2003 (k5xko)
Bosch Oil Filter
Part Number: 501630040
£11.40

Castrol Magnatec Fully Synthetic 5W30 Engine Oil (4 Litre)
Part Number: 521771431 times 2
£48.56

Jaguar XK Series 4.2 2003 (k5xko)
Guttmann Air Filter
Part Number: 502630011
£11.28

Got a grease gun for the U joints, so have that covered too.

If you haven't done this before on the XK8:

1. the Alternator Cooling Duct has to be removed to access the Oil Filter.

2. the rear of the vehicle needs to be higher than the front to drain all the oil.
