The horns on our 2000 stopped working. I have checked both fuses and changed the relay out with another one I know is good. All I get is a click from the relay as it pulls in. Do the horns actually go bad? The car only has around 50k miles and is always garaged so it is in excellent shape with no corrosion. I have other card that are 40 years+ old and never had a horn stop working let alone two of them.

 

Use a test light at the horn(s) to determine if the power and ground(s) are reaching it/them.
