How do you know you have one???? Word on the site for these cars is that they did not come with them. I have a 97 and my Option Sheet shows mine came with one but I took it apart and appears I did not have one.

US market cars do not have them. They can be added if you really want to for around $100 in parts including the filter
.

Default Cabin Air Filter for 2001 Jaguar XK8

I ordered a Cabin Air Filter for my 2001 Jaguar XK8 and NOW I know that US models do not have one. The airbox is missing and the filter cannot be installed. I am returning it for a refund. Thanks for you input. Ron

The housing (or airbox as you call it) has partno MJA6865AA for LHD cars. Can still be ordered. Next it would be best to have someone with the dealer tool set the pollen filter option to on, this way the blowers will work a little harder.

Default how to change cabin filter

Bought the cabin filter housing and filter for my '98. It will not fit in a left hand drive car. The wiper linkage hit it. I guess you can grind down the plastic housing to make it fit or use double side tape and attach the filter directly to the firewall. My parts are on the shelf waiting for me to decide which I should do. Jack

I know in the past Jaguar delivered the wrong parts in the plastic bag (which was labeled right), it took me 3 orders before I got the correct one.
