I have a 1998 XK8 and my drivers seat controls are not working, and I would like to know if there is a way to manually move the seat to access the bolts holding down the seat. I can access the front two bolts, but the rail is covering the rear two star bolts. Your knowledge is appreciated.

 

The only way I know is to swap the seat modules. I believe they are secured by two 10mm nuts.
