How to remove glass lens from the front headlight assembly AKA headlight lens?
I mean only the glass plate, it's glued to the rest of the assembly and I've already chipped it a little
I tried to search for it in JITS, but no mention, tried a heat gun, but not sure it helped much. HELP!

Ok, I managed to do it, but being reckless I damaged it:

The best way I found was to use a thin chisel, and a plastic scraper, get them in between the glass and the plastic body and use them as levers to slowly make the glue release. Much like you would use plastic levers to remove a tire from a bicycle. Be very careful with using small or metal levers, as the glass can chip or crack. DON'T USE A DREMEL AROUND THE EDGES, like I tried.

Shame I did not get on here earlier..... put it in your kitchen oven at 120C and wait about 30 minutes checking after about 20 mins and it pulls straight off. never use screw drivers or chisels! Otherwise you will chip/crack the glass!
